Start by cutting out our free icicle template. Use them to trace and cut out icicles. Once they are cut, fold them accordion style and stretch them back out.

Lightly paint your icicle with liquid glue. While wet, sprinkle the icicle with glitter.

Use a hole punch to add a hole to the top of the icicle and thread the ribbon through it.
