Clip a clothespin to the top of a cotton ball.

Dip the cotton ball in silver paint and stamp your paint on a white piece of cardstock in a rough circle shape.

Once the paint is dry, cut the painted area in a circle shape.

Add a touch of water to your white paint on a paper plate or paint dish. Dip a paint brush in it. While holding the paint-loaded brush above the black paper tap it with another paintbrush to scatter the paint onto the black paper.

Once the paint is all dry, add your moon and stars.
