Can you believe Christmas is in less than a week?! One of my favorites parts of the Christmas holiday is the baking season and all the yummy treats and cookies it brings. I love the classic gingerbread cookie and how pretty they look simply decorated! These snowflake gingerbread cookies are easy and will make your house smell so good!
I used my GingerBread Cookie recipe that you can find HERE. Once the cookies were cool, I iced them with a glaze icing using a icing bag and a # 2 Wilton Cake Decorating tip that I found at my local Joann Fabric & Craft Store. The best part of these cookies is that it uses a basic flower cookie cutter that is easy to find in stores and much easier to decorate.
This glaze recipe is easy and tastes delicious too! One you create your designs on your cookies you do need to let the glaze dry for about about 6 hours.
