These mini bbq meatloaves are the perfect dish to make your family. They take half the time to cook then a regular meatloaf which means you’ll bring dinner to the table in no time! We like to mix some barbecue sauce into our hamburger mixture but you can swap it out for ketchup if you would rather. Recently I decided to add an extra pop of flavor and added half a tablespoon of Tastefully Simple’s Ultimate Steak Seasoning to the mix.
Top it with cheddar cheese, because everything is better with cheese right?!
Mini BBQ Mealoaves
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 3/4 Italian bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp . parsley
- 1/4 tsp . garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp . onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp . Tastefully Simple Ultimate Steak Seasoning , optional
- 3 Tbsp . barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients until moist. Form into desired ball shapes and place in a greased muffin tin. Brush the tops of the mini meatloaves with a small amount of barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese and parsley. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until meatloaves are done.
I love how you can decide how many meatloaves you will make. Most of the time I will make a big batch of these mini meatloaves and before I bake them. I flash freeze them on a baking pan and place them in a bag to freeze so we can have them for dinner at a later time.

Do you bake these before you freeze them?

Does anyone know how many calories are in each??
Katie says
Hi Meagan…..you can always try to import the recipe into a place like My Fitness Pal to see what the estimated calories would be! 🙂 I hope you try them out!
Meagan Waters says
oh we make these at least once a week.

This recipe is great for making ahead and freezing . ‘m going to substitute Garlic Garlic and Onion Onion in place of the powders…. Lots more flavor! Another idea would be to swap out Rustic Herb Seasoning for the Ultimate Steak seasoning for a different taste.
