These lemon cake mix cookies are just as simple and flavorful and perfect for the spring and summer months! You only need 3 simple ingredients to make a batch of these cookies and they will be gone about as fast as you can bake them.
Variations for Cookies
These lemon cookies are delicious all on their own but we like to also add a few variations to ours.
Glaze: we like to mix a bit of powdered sugar and milk together until the desired consistency is met. Then drizzle some of the glaze on top of the cookies and let it set for a few minutes.
Powdered Sugar: another yummy way to serve these cookies are to sprinkle them with some powdered sugar. Tastes close to a lemon bar. 🙂
