Easy Cherry Cobbler: a delicious cobbler dessert filled with sweet cherries and topped with a delicious topping that is sweet and crunchy.
Easy Cherry Cobbler
I love a good dessert recipe but sometimes desserts require multiple steps, frosting, and chilling times. As much as I love dessert, I prefer an easy one. This sweet cherry cobbler recipe requires two bowls and a casserole pan. It’s a delicious no fuss cobbler that is filled with sweet cherries and is topped with a delicious topping that is sweet and after being baked is slightly crunchy. This ice cream is delicious on it’s own or topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Cherry Cobbler with Frozen Cherries
I love this recipe because it’s great to make all year round! You don’t have to wait until fresh cherries are in season. Just grab a bag of frozen sweet cherries for this recipe. No thawing ahead of time is required either, just add a touch of cinnamon, a splash of lemon juice, and sugar to your cherries and let them sit while you prepare the topping.

I love the idea of using fresh cherries instead of cherry pie filling. I have a bag of frozen cherries in the freezer, and I can’t wait to try this. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream of course!
