- Italian seasoning
- Basil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Jar of your favorite marinara or pasta sauce
- Water
- Dried short-cut pasta (I like rigatoni)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
- Basil and parsley for a garnish
How to Make This Delicious Chicken Parmesan Pasta
- Add a touch of olive oil in the Dutch oven, then add the chicken, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is almost done.
- Add the entire jar of marinara sauce and two cups of water.
- Bring to a boil and then, add the pasta.
- Cover and simmer until the pasta is soft about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally and add small amounts of water if needed.
- Stir in ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup of the parmesan cheese until they are melted.
- Top with the rest of the cheeses.
- Sprinkle Panko breadcrumbs on the top.
- Place under the broiler in the oven and cook for three to five minutes or until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup seasoned Panko breadcrumbs
