My two little boys are big into all things cars, robots and action. I constantly hear them crashing their cars together, kicking balls around and saving their little worlds from fire, monsters and dinosaurs. I was so excited to buy them the Big Hero 6 movie. It was packed full of humor, action and great lessons of team work and putting each other first. My little monsters just loved this movie. It’s the perfect family movie night movie.
What’s a movie night without some fun snacks? Typically my boys are completely obsessed with popcorn but for this movie I decided to whip up some special Baymax cupcakes. I saw these cute cupcakes on pinterest a few weeks back and I just loved them! I decided to change them up a bit and created Baymax in his super hero suit.
I used a simple boxed cake mix, icing and marshmallows that I found at my local Target which is also where I found the Big Hero 6 movie. Are you as obsessed with Target as I am? 🙂 Once my cupcakes were baked and cool enough to frost I frosted them with some vanilla icing that was colored red. I then used red and black sparkling gel to create Baymax’s eyes and his helmet. So fun right?!
Don’t forget to head over to Target to purchase your Big Hero 6 Movie! You can find it in the Electronics/Dvd section.

These cupcakes look delicious! We haven’t seen Big Hero 6 yet, but I’m thinking a movie and cupcake night might be in order this weekend. Thanks for sharing! #client
