One of my favorite treats to enjoy during the summer are yummy, gooey, chocolaty smores—fresh from the bbq pit! Smores were my inspiration for this cupcake and they tasted great! The have all the flavors of a classic smore but can be made at any time whether it’s hot, cold, rainy or windy! I used a devil food cake mix for these cupcakes but I think next time I will use a regular chocolate cake mix for a more chocolaty flavor!
These cupcakes are iced with some delicious HOMEMADE MARSHMALLOW FLUFF that I shared with you the other day. I sprinkled some graham cracker crumbs, added a piece of chocolate and drizzled some chocolate syrup to top it all off! You could also fill the inside of your cupcake with marshmallow fluff by piercing the bottom of your cupcake with an icing bag and fill slightly.
