Peanut Butter Cup Butterflies are the perfect kids treats to welcome spring!

Spring is coming friends! I just love walking outside and seeing little buds beginning to form and my flowers beginning to break through the ground. The kids and I had a blast making these little butterflies that are the perfect way to welcome warmer weather. You only need a few simple ingredients and this is a perfect treat for the kids to get involved. The hardest part…..not eating the ingredients before you get a chance to put the butterflies together. The Reeses peanut butter cup is the perfect chocolatey base.

Supplies

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Gummy Worm
Pretzel Thins
Icing, either store bought or homemade just make sure it’s a bit stiffer consistency

Instructions:

Take Reese’s peanut butter cups out of their wrappers. Place icing in a piping bag or a sandwich bag with the corner trimmed. Apply a thin line of icing down the middle of your peanut butter cup.

Place your two pretzels thins into the icing and slightly into the peanut butter cup, being careful not to break the pretzel. Add another thin line of icing in the middle of your two pretzels and place your worm on top.
