These chocolate chip cut out cookies are one of our families favorite cookies! When I make them I normally use a 2-in cookie cutter and I easily get 60 cookies….and they don’t last long 🙂 We have used this recipe for birthday parties, holiday parties and just as a fun dessert. You can use any cookie cutter you want and you can even ice them with a cookie glaze. I recently made these cookies again and decided to dip them in some festive pink melted chocolate that is perfect for Valentines day.
