Cat in the Hat Cookies

Dr. Seuss has been a favorite in many families for quite some time and for good reason!  When my oldest son was in Kindergarten his classroom was centered around Dr. Seuss and all the fun whimsical colors and characters. He loved it!  My boys really enjoyed the Cat in the Hat TV series when they were a bit smaller too. These cat in the hat cookies were a fun and simple treat we made one day to celebrate our love of Dr. Seuss! You only need a few simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand.  The strawberries and bananas make this a healthy treat the kids can enjoy with a touch of sweetness from the cookie 🙂

    1. Hi Melissa! I think they would probably fall over. You can either build them at the site OR stick a toothpick through the layers…that might help keep them in place.

  1. Katie I absolutely love this, wish I’d seen it for my Dr. Seuss inspired party last year. Thanks for sharing on the weekend re-Treat link party!
