Fall is definetly in full swing here in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We have had some super chilly nights! One of my favorite things to do during the cold months is curl up on the couch with a mug of hot chocolate. I am not really a coffee drinker, but I love the smell. My husband is the coffee lover in this household. I love to add vanilla creamer to my hot chocolate.....and we recently ran out.... :( I decided to try to satisfy my vanilla fix till we can get more. These turned out great!
I wish I had more ingredients to try differnet flavors like : Chocolate and peppermint pieces, Caramel, Chocolate with mini marshmallows, etc. These would be really fun all wrapped up as gifts to the coffee and hot chocolate lovers out there!
Directions: Microwave desired chocolate flavor and toppings until melted. Dip spoon in chocolate. Decorate with toppings. Refrigerate for about 15 minute or until set. Soo simple! Stay Warm!
