{Coconut} Rice Krispie Treats

Rice Krispie Treats are a favorite in our household and one of the easiest desserts a busy mom can make. Normally I throw on some sprinkles and thats that, but last night I decided to spruce them up a bit! I found these {Coconut} covered marshmallows at Walmart the other day and couldn't wait to try them! I hope you enjoy this "Grown-up" version of a old time snack!

{Coconut} Rice Krispie Treats

3 Tbsp of butter
1 bag of coconut covered marshmallows
Rice Krispie Cereal ( your desired amount)
1 tsp Coconut Extract ( or less depending on your taste)
Toasted coconut
Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
Melt your butter and add extract. Add your marshmallows and heat until smooth. Add your rice krispie cereal and stir. Transfer into a greased pan or on top of waxed paper. Garnish with toasted coconut and melted chocolate. Let cool and serve.

Enjoy!!
